Tools for diagnosing and repairing the EZFlash III cartridge - should work for all versions of the cart:

I'm not entirely sure of the specific functionality of each tool but a combination of the two can be used to re-format a corrupted cart and hopefully make it functional again - both will wipe ALL data from the cart so be aware of this before use.
I did not make them and have not edited them in any way - all credit goes to EZFlash for these. Please let me know if there are any issues or if they need to be taken down. As far as I know this is the only source left for them on the web.
