I had to redesign the border to fit within the 14kb raw filesize limit, so I used a template found in the GBARunner2 Frames & Border Guide. Not sure who made it to be able to give credit but they carried this border heavy, it looks amazing with anything it goes over.
New design is updated to work with both GBARunner2 and Boot GBA With Frame
To use with GBARunner2: put default.bin in sd:/_gba/frames/
To use with Boot GBA With Frame: put gbaframe.bmp in the SD Card root.
