[PC-98] D.P.S. (Dream Program System) - English patch 1.1

This patch converts this old school AliceSoft ADV game to a hard-drive installed format, and inserts the English script from the 2020 Windows translation by velt211.

The script has been massively revamped from the original version, so it's more an "enhanced script port" than a straight one. That being said, it has NOT been retranslated from scratch.
