Xdelta UI 20090531

This is the original build of Xdelta UI provided on May 31, 2009. This build works with various older and or newer patches created from other various xdelta patching solutions out there. I decided to upload this here because someone decided to upload a build of Xdelta UI containing a much newer build of the xdelta exectuable to Romhacking.net without notice, effectively replacing the original build, and there is no way of getting access to older builds that were ever uploaded to the website since the individuals who operate the place never retain previous uploads when updates are uploaded. The updated build has massive compatibility quirks that prevent older and some newer versions of the xdelta software from being able to apply patches created from the updated quirky build. If you plan to create xdelta patches, either use this exact version of Xdelta UI or seek a different xdelta solution that's functional and properly supports patches created from older builds like this one.
