    Playing Dark Souls while on an elliptical is the best workout I've ever experienced. if you have a cardio machine (bike or ellip.) try it!

    Exactly! I've already played the series multiple times, tried something new.

    Can feel the adrenaline pumping with every fight, along with the "runners high". I never used to do cardio for more than 20min, but I've been averaging an hour while playing!

    Any engaging games work, really. Playing Switch games with split joycons is the easiest, but using a regular controller also works.
