In Thailand there are a set of traditions for the dry times where making a parade with a cat on a cage they call for rain...
The leftist are against that "cruelty" so this year, after 4 months of dry climate they brought this:
By the way, the tradition was to carry the cat in a cage through the town and some people sprinkled water on them, the cats WERE NEVER HURT in the past; but as the old adage says: "sticks and stones can break your bones but there will always be an offended lefty"
