Gaming 80029519 error on official PSN download?

I'm trying to download Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, which I just paid for, and I'm getting an 80029519 error code. I Googled it, and it seems this error code is more for homebrew and backup loaders. Sony doesn't have an official reason listed for this code. What could be wrong? Is there a problem on the PSN, or does BCR2 detect firmware version before install?

Currently on 3.55 kmeaw using DNS trick. All other downloads work fine. >.<

Also, I tried downloading on OFW, to no avail...

The problem is that I can't even download the game to begin with.

Try reformatting your HDD. I'm serious. I had the same problem and I couldn't find a better way to fix it. Obviously, backup all your backups/saves/etc first.

I don't know if I want to do something like that for just one game download. If every other download I've done on the PSN works, it doesn't explain why this one doesn't.

the error is close to the pkg corruption one I've seen.
