Sorry to necro this thread but Im currently having an issue with the "all patterns unlocked" cheat, I have it on, but the NPC that's supposed to make the outfits is acting like I dont have any of them, is there a way to fix this?

@Axlfox Without knowing the actual answer, my best guess is that there is an additional flag the game sets when you unlock your first outfit, which activates this NPC. Therefore, I suggest to unlock a first outfit regularly at first and then try the cheat code.

@Ich_73 Thing is that prior to activating that I already had some outfits unlocked by other NPCs, so I guess that's not the issue?

Ok, so I figured out the solution, posting it here for anyone who runs into the same issue in the future:

There is a flag that needs to be activated for the patterns to work, Im not 100% sure about it but I believe you need to defeat celestial world's final boss for the NPC to finally make your outfits.
