I recycle as often as I can, except in school.

The janitor just throws all the stuff in the recycling bin to the normal garbage bag and collects it as one.

Here in the US, I only recycle cans and similar item. However, I moved to Stockholm a while ago and there we sort our garbage in two piles: Burnable, and not burnable.

LOL, that reminds me of a roommate. He's outside staring at a huge fire and I go see whats going on. Turns out he racked the yard then burned the piles of leaves/straw. I told him its against the law where we were and he's like oh ****. Like 3 minutes later a fire truck pulls up, lol I ran into the house and left him stranded. He just got a slap on the wrist after explaining it was normal where he was from. I cracked on him for days.

Edit: On-topic: No, they don't really push recycling to much where I stay.
