ROM Hack Doom 1 GBA PC Doom Total Conversion just gives blank screen

Hi,
I patched My Doom 1 rom with Doom Gba PC
Total Conversion.

I don't work on my 3DS after I made it to a GBA Cia with 3Ds GBA Injector.
It works fine with Doom 2 and I made the same process bit with the Doom 2 PC hack IPS.

What gives?

I think the rom size is too big for the 3DS to handle. AFAIK it only loads roms thet are less than 16MB. The "best" way to play it through GBARunner2, but it has visual flickering, but it's certainly playable (if you ignore the obvious flicker).

I can confirm - doesn't work on my 3DS either. Fine on actual GBA.
