How to get rid of empty game icon

Hi,

i installed an update (nsp) through tinfoil for a game that is not installed. Now I have a blank icon with a spinning circle inside and I cannot uninstall it from the '+' menu.
Any idea how I can get rid of this ?

Running Atmo.

BTW, do we always need the SX OS dongle to start the console when it was turned off completely or is there a trick to directly boot into Atmo ?

Never mind... found the guilty package in DBI and deleted it.
