Hacking Emulation N3DSXL will not boot up after splash, black screen and blue light

I can open Luma and GM9, however once I get past the splash screen my 3DS no longer wants to work and will sit there with a blue light forever. Tried to open Recovery Mode and got this. It might look normal on camera, but IRL the screen is very dim (the splash is not dim) and is also frozen.

You most likely damaged your 3ds. You could get it repaired, but that is expensive and there aren't any Nintendo repair shops anymore. That is assuming you mean that you spilled water on it.
