Hacking Need help finding files that might include sounds in game Fullmetal Alchemist Yakusoku No Hi e

I made a similar post on the VG resource forums, so I'm pretty much just gonna sum it up.

Basically, I'm trying to find files containing voice lines from the PSP game Fullmetal Alchemist Yakusoku No Hi e, but I dunno where they are or what the file formats for them are. I opened a .cpk file containing what seems to be a lot of files pertaining to the game, but upon searching the file formats up, I haven't found much leads as to what they do, what they are for, or what software could potentially open/use them.
The file formats I've seen in the .cpk file are:
- .ppd
- .pix
- .mdl (which I think is for models)
- .tma
- .cme
- .lst
- .tbl
- .sop
- .anm
- .anmp
- .fls

If anyone could tell me what either of these are for, which ones could contain either sounds or voice lines for the game, and how to open them, it'd be much appreciated!
