Gaming Question about Call of Duty world at war dlc

Hey y‘all!

I’m from Germany and want to buy a map pack from Call of Duty world at war.
Specifically because of the zombies map, which has been stripped out from the German version due to political reasons. Can I still get the full dlc somehow?
I’ve read that some created an account set to another country and some claim that this doesn’t fix the issue.

I’d appreciate any help!

If you have a JTAG/RGH console the answer would be yes.
If you have a retail 360 then you might indeed want to set the locale to a different country or ask someone with a 360 outside of Germany to obtain the map for you (this can be risky due to account sharing bullshit etc)
You simply want to tie the purchase to your account.
Alternatively, VPN might work.

So, changed the region, Xbox didn’t care.
Tried buying it via vpn, they still got me.
