Guys, I would like to know where I can get this emulator?

retropie is not an emulator but a script that will download and setup retroarch and other emu to run on emulationstation frontend.

technically once you're on ubuntu, just follow https://raspberrytips.com/install-retropie-on-ubuntu/

Didn't do it so not sure what the result will be.
