This program can batch convert modified ouendan2 images back to their original file format. First, download the unpacked images from here, modify them, then place them in the "image" folder, and click on bitmap_import.py to automatically convert the modified images back to the original game file format. The software relies on the bitmap_filter.csv table to run, wherein the first column are the ncsr and ncer files, the second column the nclr files, and the third column the ncgr files. The table in this program is incomplete, containing contents for only about 1000 images. You will need to use your NitroPaint to identify the correct files and then write them into the table, or download a more complete but incorrect list from here. You would need to change the contents of this list to the format used by bitmap_filter.csv. But trust me, it's very simple and takes only seconds to resolve this issue. Then you need to obtain a legal rom, unpack it, and copy the contents of the data folder over.
Finally, package and run it, and congratulations, you will see the images you modified.
