After much trial and error, I found the only way to get Blasphemer working on Vita is to use PSP Legacy in Adrenaline and replace the HERETIC.WAD file with blasphem-0.1.7.wad (renamed to HERETIC.WAD).
Chocolate Heretic doesn't work as Blasphemer needs a limit removing port. There were four separate Heretic source ports for PSP and none of them work. The problem happens on the first level as soon as you exit the first room.
