Sad UFO isn't available anymore. But you can still get the AppX. Use ADV File Explorer.

I don’t believe there is another at this time. Last I checked the last working project that was supposed to release started making excuses and saying Microsoft was sabotaging them while just crying and spreading around a useless petition

From my understanding that method is very hit or miss now. Last I checked the folders are a bit weird and don't appear for everyone
