If you install a game with online functionality through cia, will you still be able to go online safely?

I figured it out finally I had press r+a button go into verify rom and convert it cia and other stuff some YouTube videos leave small important stuff out.,

I learn best watching videos not by reading takes me longer figure things out by reading explains YouTube videos.

ya. but you just kinda contradicted yourself with saying you like yt videos but they also leave small..important...things out.
