I've got a question.. How exactly do I skin a 4.3 wii? I had it on 4.0 and then used Waninkoko's 4.3 update so I could browse the shop channel then when I got Metroid Other M and it "updated" my Wii the skin was gone.. So what exactly do I do now?..

a base app
a converter too make a csm
and mymenuify to install the csm

I know how.. I just mean what do I find when I dump the nand?
Is it still 00000072.app like on 4.0?
(Also I'm guessing I can't use the same one from 4.0 on 4.3?)

Wow I feel stupid now... Is there some kind of guide on what to do with the .csm after it's made? Because the 4.0 guide is 90% useless now...
EDIT: Also I'm guessing that the 4.0 guide is so useless I don't even need the .csm it told me to make?

once you have made your 4.3 csm you just install it with mymenuify like you always have

mymenuify didn't do anything but when I loaded it up it gave a black screen.. This is with not just the one from the guide but another one I had found through google..
EDIT: BTW MyMenuify didn't ever work the first time either.. I had found some "Softmii Tweaks" thing to give my Wii the skin before and 1: I lost the guide to doing it that way and 2: The thing doesn't want to load now anyways.. So is there some kind of alternative alternative?

Well.. I had found a .wad of MyMenuify and it gave the "Now Loading" screen and then just faded to near black and my Wiimote shut off..
And before anyone says it yes my SD card is in and when I try without it, it just goes back to the system menu..

That's the one I was using, but when I tried loading it with the homebrew channel it didn't do anything.. it was just a black screen and the wiimote shut off..
Hell.. If anything the .wad one worked slightly better since at least it got a loading screen...

maybe your missing an IOS? try pimp my wii and tell it to scan and fix everything?

Already covered that.. I dunno if it's because it might be old or something but all I know is I can't find any new ones

could try finding a copy of mymenuify 2.0
its the older version that doesn't have a gui

Sorry for bumping but really does anyone know? And is my system menu why that Softmii Tweaks thing isn't working? Should I downgrade back to 4.0 somehow, install the skin and then upgrade back to 4.3 with homebrew the same way I did the first time that got me to keep the skin?
