This patch restores the Sonic & Tails intro, the Sonic billboards on the race tracks, the cheat code to access new songs, and the Virtua Formula which were present in the Japanese home release of OutRunners for the Sega Genesis, but were obfuscated in the Western version.

You can update w USB but they only offer newest updates on they site, they don't give old like ps -
