Here is my collection of saves for the following The Legend of Zelda games:
Twilight Princess (Wii)
Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks (DS)
Ocarina of Time 3D, A Link Between Worlds, Majora's Mask 3D and Tri Force Heroes (3DS)
(North American releases)
This collection contains dozens of saves, covering every major event in the game. With these you can easily revisit any cutscene or boss battle, or if you somehow lost your save, you can return to approximately the same place you left off.
Each 7z has a text file with instructions and a list of all the saves, their locations, and items collected. The final save in each set is about 100% complete, meaning everything important is done and collected, but I can't promise that absolutely everything was accomplished. (For example, in Twilight Princess, I only completed the necessary "Rollgoal" levels to obtain the Frog Lure, and I may have missed some treasure chests in hidden caves.)
These have all been tested with (some) emulators and real hardware (3/DS via JKSM and Checkpoint). The DS saves are confirmed to work on European and Japanese games, and TFH saves work on the European game, but the others are untested.
I'm currently working on The Wind Waker and might do Skyward Sword at a later date.
