Nintendo Indie World Showcase scheduled for Nov 14th, 2023
I meant ex Rare employees made Yooka Laylee. From Rare; wasn't Yooka-Laylee (thanks for the name!) crowdfunded? KickStarted, specifically?
Not actually made by Rare, else they'd have been able to use the Banjo & Kazooie IP.
Is it that bad? I don't owned a Switch so I wouldn't know.I wonder how much of Nintendo fans' hatred of indie games comes from the fact that the eShop is a total PITA to navigate. Shovelware gets re-released almost weekly just to stay at the top of the page.
Yeah it is. Slow as an early 2000s Geocities page, ugly, and completely unorganized. Hate to say it, but it's even worse than EGS' layout. It would drive me to piracy if I wasn't already a pirate beforehand. Is it that bad? I don't owned a Switch so I wouldn't know.
A new Direct-like stream from Nintendo showcasing all their latest indie titles updates and releases coming to the Nintendo Switch has been announced today on several official Nintendo social media accounts, with the stream scheduled to last around 20 minutes on November 14th, 2023 at 5pm UK time, or 9am PT.
Not even Cave Story?y'know after thinking about it, I call myself an indie gamer, but i only have played some boring ahh ones off of the 3ds. I haven't played any popular ones like Celeste, Hollow Knight, and Yumme Nikki. Only Deltarune/Undertale but thta's about it.
Not even Cave Story. Honestly, I dunno why I'm calling myself an indie gamer I haven't played most if not all of rhw popular indie games people played. Not even Cave Story?
It’s actually worse than Steam with the sheer amount of low-quality shovelware that’s flooded the store. Is it that bad? I don't owned a Switch so I wouldn't know.
