Help!! Plastic Slider Button stuck?

So I opened apart my new 2DS XL thinking i could change the battery, but I ended up not doing it

I put it back together, new 2ds works perfectly, sound, audio, internet, games everything

But i noticied my volume slider is stuck and not moving?

I took the new 2dx xl apart again, with both side not togheter, i temporarilry reattach the slider back and go back and forth, and it sliders perfectly? - FIRST IMAGE|

I put it back togeether, and its really really difficult to slide? - SECOND IMAGE|

The plastic slider itself is undamanged as well (3rd and fourth picture)

I also noticied, while its apart, there is a little gap thats not closing? (5th and 6th picture)

Any idea whats going on?

Could be that when you reassemble it some plastic or something is in the way.

I dobt that... with the 2ds bottem apart from the top, it sliders perfectly

I fixed it evetually lol, you are suppose to lock the volune slider at 0% volume, then use something small like tweezers and push it towards the case below the black nudge sticking out, it iwll be slightly towards an an agle, but thats how it works
