How good/bad are the thermals of Switch Lite when overclocked?

So I saw a very cheap modded switch lite and have tried out the latest sysdvr on my OLED and it works pretty well for the most part. 60FPS capture/streaming needs overclock for it to work. How stable is the lite for constant overclock? Like let's assume max cpu and gpu? Will I need to like repaste it and add stuff to it to make it more stable?
