That game has amount of texts much as Persona 3. if only 1 or 2 people working on it then i'm not surprised if the project was cancelled.

Yeah it does have a lot of text. I found out the project had a github page and you could download the coding of the translation. I was gonna try to translate it myself once again, but the code seems to use python scripting which I know nothing about and I know so little about translating that I'd prolly screw up.

I decided to put a request for it on datacrystal. All I can do now is wait and hope someone picks it up.

I wish there was an english patch but that might never happen , in the meantime I'm using PPSSPP on PC and have the QTranslate on the side with screen text recognition. It's not so intuitive but is manageable. I couldn't find anything that detects and translates automatically the screen every X seconds, that would be ideal.
