Power bank charge controller?
I want to build a power bank but can't find a suitable charging controller.
I would also like to be able to charge it quickly, for example 2-3amps or 30watts

It uses a single USB-C port for input and output, you can add a USB-C hub supporting USB-PD to have multiple outputs. Cooling required for higher wattages according to some of the comments.

What have you found so far?

There's a ton of options on AliExpress. Use the search terms "BMS 4s" (for 4 cells).

Then from the listings, look for the factors:

- Cell chemistry (Li-ion as you mentioned)
- Voltage and current (30 watts should exist. Just have the correct power supply or voltage regulator.)
- Balancing method (Active, passive, etc.)
- Over charge protection (probably want).
- State of Charge, State of Health, communication protocol.
- Other features that you might find.

The price depend on features, but expect to find something around $2.

There are also special power banks where you insert your own cells. These are more limited in terms of specs, with nothing past 20-25 watts the last I checked. Cell counts range from reasonable to excessive; some have displays for state of charge. Try searching power bank, followed by your cell designation (e.g. 18650).

Note that I have only researched and not tried; consider this as a start.
