The 3DS version of this thread was reasonably successful so I thought I would do the same thing here.
Please don't post "looking for developers" type posts in the forum unless you have a solid WIP repository to show. Otherwise it is just a waste of time for everybody. Instead, if all you have is a good idea but not the skills to bring it to fruition, please share it here. Developers with skills but no ideas will hopefully look here, and your idea may get picked up.

Note that we just created the pages, filling is in progress.
Please, help maintaining it by adding missing or new released homebrew.
