Just then I made one for Wii U.
I assume that you have already placed the ScummVM into the apps/ folder, please download the files installer that I made and follow as below:
1) Go to the vWii, and install the ScummVM Forwarder vWii.wad.
2) Once you installed the vWii ScummVM Forwarder, go back to the Wii U Menu and install the Wii U channel/icon forwarder by the WUP Installer GX2.
Now you will have the Icon ScummVM in your Wii U Menu, that will open you directly the ScummVM app. To navigate into the ScummVM you need to use the Wii controller. The Wii U pad as controller it doesn't work!!!
Please, let me know if everything it's fine .
Thanks a lot, but I made myself up, with wiu2hbc forwarder and ftped, the icons and banners. There is avantage for one or another mthod ? hbl2hbc or forwarder (WiiVC ?), or haxchi ?
Anyway i keep your launcher somewere
I used wiu2hbc and working like a charm. No need gamepad for scummvm, and wiiflow. By the way, wiiflow regognize pro controller.but if one day you want use this installer to go directly in the vWii Homebrew Menu you have to uninstall the one that you made and use the WUP Hbl2hbc installer to go from the Wii U directly into the vWii Homebrew. And use only the Wii controller.
Ok adopted ! No offense but iconTex.tga is not the right aspect ratio for wiiu square launchers, but it's allright.Just then I made one for Wii U.
It's ok, you mean the wording "shrinked" don't like? Or something else? If you have one example or one iconTex.tga to let it look much better I will be happy to fixOk adopted ! No offense but iconTex.tga is not the right aspect ratio for wiiu square launchers, but it's allright.
Can you make one for wiiflow (not in virtual console mode) ?

There is ways to have multi hbl2hbc and wiiu2hbc forwarders, by have multi .txt and hex edited forwaders. Never tryied yet. And safer by the way.
I will install you forwarder to see if the icons are nicer. And use my config to launch wiiflow
OHBC=Homebrew Channel
Can you reupload this?I repackaged the channel with the USB-Loader GX Icons from above.
Just install via WupInstaller.

The link to the zip will work if you paste it into the URL bar and hit enter.I know this is an old thread but this is still a really useful forwarder. It looks like the download has been removed from the Homebrew App Store that was hosting the download. Could we please get a new download link?
that's odd. I am still "kind of sure" it is the version that finally worked for me. I need to take a look at what other versions of HBL2HBC I have stored on my NAS in the evening; it took a while to find one that worked. This WUP channel boots to HBC fine, but doesn't support gamepad.
There's no message about Wii Remote Only, but gamepad doesn't do anything.
IDK how you made this channel, but Teconmoons VC Injector has an option for vertical Wiimote emulation.
btw, there is a dedicated forwarder for Nintendont that allows using the gamepad (it additionally requires a forwarder within the vWii menu to Nintendont). I cannot remember which one of those two I am using, maybe even both are working:I want to boot HBC with gamepad support and then into Nintendont.

In general, it is highly recommended to just use one HDD attached to the Wii u at the same time because of (in)compatibility. You might just have run in such a compatibility issue.
