Emulation Retroarch not seeing rom folder?

This is very strange. I have everything working in my modded switch light. I have a folder of roms on the root of the SD Card. Retroarch will see all folders on the card but this one. Never seen this issue before. I have tried to move the folder on my PC to another area on the card with no luck. Any ideas?

Card is formatted FAT32 for those wondering.
