nope. I ordered SX pro May 28 2018. Aug 4, there was a Reddit post saying that Atmosphere was PLANNED to be released in August. I was using SXOS more than 2 months before an Atmosphere release. There was no github page for Atmosphere, so AT THAT TIME, how, exactly, did they steal code from Atmosphere?I'm a fan of TX and can see the double standards too but it was never the only option. Atmosphere was available before Fusee-Gelee was released for anyone with access to a software based exploit to use. TX also 100% steals code, that is obvious to anyone who has messed with homebrew development on SXOS. In fact TX has never outright denied stealing code, they refused to respond to the accusations.
I'm not denying that they do use other's code. I'm just saying they didn't simply start out with a stolen product, and they were FIRST to get a fully functional product to the public. Period.
