Ask this in the 3DS noobs section, this isn't the right place.I can't get the mario galaxy ds fan made prototype to boot on twilight menu
Short Answer: NoIs it possible to have a Wii or Wii u emulator on a 3ds
lel, better buy a wiiOk makes more sense now but still what if there was a computer program the rewrites the code of the game from the Wii code and turns it in to 3ds code
it would be impossible to run wii or your 3ds will shit its pants lolwhile the wii is older than the 3ds, the architecture is completely different from one another. unless people make remakes to make it into the 3ds' code, you cannot run wii games on there.
The issue here is that different hardware has different systems and interpret files differently. You can't just convert a .mp3 file to a functioning .wav file by changing the extension name, the files are buildt differently and the systems run them differently. The gamecube and 3DS use radically different file types. This is why backwards compatibility isnt just a given, you need to implement a way for the system to read the files, or make a program trick the game into thinking its running on its original hardware, aka emulation. So then simply don't emulate it just run it like it's a 3ds program not run it through another program that's taking more power

If I'm thinking of it correctly it would be like running windows programs on Linux it would take more power to emulator all of windows then to just run the program in return making it run faster
