Which Atmosphere and firmware do you run? This is mission control that needs an update so if you run an unsupported version. Its the cause for the error.

Try updating Mission Control.
Download and extract to the root of the SD:

you should use the search bar at top of page, that error has been treated several times, remove that folder from your card, you have themes and the themes must be removed BEFORE upgrade firmware.
