Gaming Hardware Nintendo switches server block 2023

Hi, just worried. We have two switches: modded and regular. Modded switch is set up for local connections - but on the regular switch I am relying only on just changing the DNS to 207.246.121.077 and 163.172.141.219

Any chances of getting banned or anything still when we play locally together?
