Suggestion Switch from Twemoji to another emoji set

Don't get me wrong, I love Twemoji, it's a great emoji set. But, it seems that maintainers have been fired from Twitter unfortunately. With the emoji set already being a version behind (current Emoji version is 15, while Twemoji only supports 14), I feel like we have to switch to something else, probably Noto Emoji by Google.

I definitely support Noto. I think it's the best-looking set by far.
