Hacking Hardware Text-to-speech pen audio files of strange format, I need help extracting them.

I disassembled one of those pens that supposedly use text-to-speech (there was a sd card with the audio files inside it), by identifying a pattern in the text and playing the respective mp3 file, but when extracting I found some files of a strange extension, but I'm sure that inside them there are audio files, so I need help to extract.
