Homebrew ROM Hack Using Rii Major via USB Loader

I don't own a legal copy of Wii Music, and even if I did, my Wii's DVD Drive is completely broken, is there a way to flash a Wii Music iso and and Rii Major content to it?

You don't need to flash anything. Just copy the iso/wbfs on your usb device or sd card and play it via usb loader.
