I buy trims of salmon (the cut outs of the making of filet) by the kilo very cheap, so is the same meat than the filet but only on small threads or chunks, so make lots of dishes like this.

I used to eat like that, one meal a day. If by "And I'm still a big f**k" you mean you are overweight, it's because your metabolism is activated only once in a 24 hour period. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR CASE, PLEASE IGNORE THIS COMMENT. However, if this IS the case, try eathing 2 meals a day separated by 6- hours. Eat in small portions.

This will help you lose some of that "big as f**k" weight because your metabolism is getting a good workout.

If you want to loose weight you must eat 7 times at day very small portions, because if you only eat once at day your body will storage more fat in order to prepare for the prolonged fast

Dude, you have GOT TO TRY Micky D's egg, sausage, cheese on BISCUIT. As bad as these things are for you, McDonald's has the best biscuts in the world. They're crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and the fillings are SUPERB. The only rival is from Dunkin' Donuts: sausage, egg and cheese but on a genuine, real croissant (they also have biscuits, and they're AS BIG AS FRISBEES), but the croissants they have are soft, flakey and DIVINE. Try the Mickey D's first, but DEFINITELY FOLLOW UP WITH D&D, you'll be BLOWN AWAY BY WHAT YOU ARE MISSING!!! And if you do, let us know how they are!!!
