So lately I had some troubles buying somethings I wanted. The first that new Nintendo Switch charge stand.
It's a recent product that basically just charges your switch while you play in table top mode. So why not have it. Nice to have on a bed stand. But I went to the store to buy and they told me that they only got one of them from a shipment and someone already bought it. How can you have ONLY ONE!?
The other thing I wanted was Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. (can't believe he has a switch and don't have this yet) yeah I know, @ me all you want.
Went to buy it at the game store to buy it and they don't have any. So I checked online, ebay is risky business, but I endeavor. So I go there to buy and I actually made two attempts to buy and failed. (I dunno, probably sellers not on their alert).
Very odd problems buying stuff this month. On the good side, I have Blade Strangers and SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy Pre-ordered, so I'm happy about the next two months. More fighting games for me on Switch.
Best part is how easy they will be to play cause of not having overly complex controls for performing all attacks unlike legacy fighting games, so good thing. In case you haven't been able to notice, I'm excited about switch getting fighting games. It's open the eyes of developers to make the games more play more simplistically. What do I mean? Well notice how the new games announced for it has been said to use a easy to learn playstyle. Probably cause the devs was testing it on the joycons in handheld mode and felt it very different from a playstation controller and made some adjustments to feel a bit better. So what we have is a easy to play game, while retain all the shenanigans every other fighting game has on a deep hardcore level. If you don't believe me, just watch blazblue cross tag battle.
Anyway, that's enough of my thoughts. Maybe next time I'll have something more exciting to talk about
