In about two weeks, there's going to be a 72-hour game jam. (There's a 48 hour version too, but that's solo-only) I already have a programmer (myself), 2 designers (myself and my friend Mitch), and a musician (my friend Seth) lined up to get this project rolling, but we need an artist that is free for a decent amount of time between August 24th, 6PM PST until August 27th 6PM PST to do some work for us. You'll be fully credited and if we like your work, you're welcome to join the team permanently. Also, if we ever monetize this game (with your permission) we'll cut you in, but that's not in the immediate future.
Feel free to do whatever type of art you feel comfortable with, but keep the time restrictions in mind. Since the theme isn't announced until the 24th, we won't even have a rough concept until later that night. You will not need to be extremely talented so just post an example of your work and we'll keep in touch, promise.
