Lol invest in some comfy ear plugs from the sound of things. My wife has sleep apnea so she snores like a chainsaw :( ear plugs are a must.

The way to solve this is to go over there, and ask her politely if she'd mind talking in another room or more quietly, since she has been waking you up and you can hear her whole conversation. If you are polite and very nice about it, she'll probably oblige. If you're rude or aggressive she'll be defensive and not want to do anything to help you. If she's a horrible person then she might not oblige either, but at least you tried.

Many people don't even know when they're bothering someone else. She might just not know that her neighbours can hear her.
