I made a 64-bit "Portable Minecraft Launcher" using BAT to EXE Converter.

The batch code I used:
"%CD%\bin\Minecraft.exe" --workDir "%CD%\data\.minecraft"

No minecraft files are distributed in this zip file. I made the folder structure, and converted batch file with instructions.
(I mostly made this to hide the CMD window that opens and doesn't go away, and this EXE is able to be pinned to the Start Menu and Taskbar.)
Enjoy!

It's basically a pre-launcher for the official launcher, keeping all the Minecraft assets installed and running within it's own folder, instead of in %AppData% on your C:\ drive.

Minecraft actually comes bundled with it's own Java now, so you no longer need jPortable.
