So back in november 2014 I bought and built my main desktop PC - GLaDOS and tomorrow (or soon thereafter ) she will be powered off for the final time. She's never been the fastest or most stable rig i've ever owned but she has always gotten the job done, sometime even far out stripping my expectations of her.
GLaDOS Specs ( Base>upgrade>upgrade*)
Things of note are, in her original case under the motherboard I had engraved the name Caroline - What can I say I'm a bit of a sucker for Portal
So tomorrow when the new parts arrive, GLaDOS will be turned off one last time and placed away in the spares cupboard
The Replacement :
I don't have a confirmed name for the new system yet there are a few im considering
If you have any more suggestion be sure to leave them bellow. I may narrow it down a little more and do a poll on the best name and let 'temp decide haha
