I've yet to watch Gen 5, so...those who have, is it a decent show? I've only seen a Cinemare Sins video of the movie thing, which was...meh, didn't stoke my interest, especially with the lame CGI.

I swear, Hasbro had something good going on with the 2D animation; it allowed for so much personality and wacky skits, like Pinkie's antics and some squash-and-stretch that didn't look weird at all. I mean, there's compilations of all the weird faces and expressions FiM ponies were able to adopt, not to mention Pinkie's "go Pinkie!" falling to bits scene and her actions when she was grabbed by Iron Will (walking on air, stretchy neck, etc.). Or her Mirror Pool clones growing fingers or gaining a G3 head.
None of this would work as well with 3D. Discord would be weird in G5, as well.

Plus, 3D also lacks originality; everything these days is CGI, so it doesn't have the same unique charm FiM had in that aspect.

    My buddy convince me to download and play poker game with him yesterday, called Four Kings Casino, its pretty fun actually, you create a avatar and walk around in a virtual casino, and play any table, or slots with others online.There's even a dance club and bowling alley.
