I just finished the anime "Welcome to the NHK"

Xcalibur had recommended it to me a while ago, but I hadn't gotten a chance to watch it until now. I was a little unsure at first, but I'm really glad I gave it a chance, because it's easily one of my top 3 anime of all time. It was funny, entertaining, sad... it was just amazing. It also didn't feel like it dragged on or was too short. Although I wish things would have ended a bit differently, I was contempt with the ending. There were also some really deep themes that definitely made me think about a lot of things. If you've never heard of it, I recommend you watch the first few episodes on YouTube or something and if you like it, go ahead and download it. It's certainly not an anime that everyone will enjoy, but I'm sure some people will find it to be really good.

Sounds like typical crowd here...I mean at some other sites...not here...NOT HERE
go out once in awhile - only with DS in hand
download internet porn - when video games arent on
infatuated with anime - because reality doesnt make sense

Seriously, it seems like a good show....
If I can find the english version - I'd get it

You're kidding me

xcalibur recommended the same anime to me and I thought it was decent at most. It wasn't bad, and I enjoyed it from time to time, but there was always this feeling that there was something missing in it. I couldn't exactly point out what I felt was missing, but this little thing made me not like it as much as I could've.

Theres a dual audio version floating around somewhere. They voice acting is great, the sound effects are extremely poor and put me off watching the dub.
The anime is great but I also recommend people to read the manga as it has a much more melodramatic plot (and less censored too). Its a great experience from start to finish and a manga I will forever remember.

No, the anime is nothing like that. But there is an otaku who is obsessed with that anime though.
