I don't want the last thing I clutch before I die to be a pink sparkly hello kitty trinket. What a way to go.
It brings new meaning to the phrase "I would rather die than..."

What if a rock falls on your fire extinguisher and the nozzle breaks off, propelling the emergency gadget away from you while smashing into a load bearing pillar, causing the ceiling to collapse ontop of you?

Your emergency gadget would be out of reach, and it'd all be down to that darned hello kitty.

You could say that could happen with the same devices without hello kitty on them... Anything is possible in a time of distress. If it was meant to be for me to die, then I'd accept it.
