Ate Big Mac, heart area hurts

Ate a Big mac with my friend and then waited for the bus. I got off the bus and started walking home, all of a sudden I feel a pain in my chest. I play it off because I'm hard. I reach home and take a roaring dump and get on the computer. I'm on here now and I can feel the pain as I'm typing this.

LOL. Yes it was Nietzsche. I tried to KILL IT WITH FIRE by eating chilli con carne (I'm loving meat today). NOTHING HAPPENED.

BigMac's are made with NON-FREE RANGE Kirby's =(
How could you?
Free range Kirby's feel worse when they die.

When you eat fatty foods you'll find your arteries constrict directly afterward. Unlikely to be that, but if you are morbidly obese that may be a signal to lay off the big macs ;)

Poppin' Big Macs like Tic-Tacs.

That's always worked for me.

Hehe it tickles. My left arm's all tingly! BRB.

You won't be back for a while. :P
I used to have the same problem when my gallbladder was playing up, usually caused by crap fatty food.
I can't believe I didn't think of that. My girlfriend's been having gallbladder trouble for the past month or so (sand; she's on that gall-friendly diet now, where you're supposed to eat every few hours, but you're instructed to avoid 99% of known foodstuffs and 100% of unknown ones lest they make it worse, so it's one boiled potato every two hours for two months. Fun.). It really should have occured to me.

I suppose I just went for the least severe option first. Like heart burn.

If you're so hard, keep playing it off.

i had it to, but sorry, i dont know what the heck it is.

when i had it, it hurt all over when i moved...

It's the scientific principle.

Me, personally, thinks it is Gastritis. Don't think anyone has mentioned that yet in this thread.

OK so I Googled Gastritis and I don't think it's that. The pain is directly beneath my right pec but deeper inside. It's gone for now. I'll eat more food, see if that helps.
Gastritis can also 'cause chest pains.

Even if they did, it bears repeating.

Gastritis.

So, you thought eating a Big Mac was gonna be all fun and games, did you? Huh?

Well, that's what you get. Punk.

Actually, if it's gastritis, that sounds pretty nasty.

Is it a burn, or more of a stabbing pain? Does it depend on which way you move, or anything like that?

Don't talk about repeating in a thread relating to food. D:
That causes all manner of problems.

stabby pain that would happen whenever, no movement involved. It's gone now, had a scare there, first time it has happened!

I was getting that for a while. Never figured out what it was but I eventually figured that it was just some sort of muscle thing. There's muscle tissue over your chest plate and since most of us don't exercise that area of the body, it probably can get some pain every once in a while from being used at a minimum. That is all I could think of. It eventually went away on its own. You know you also get muscle spasms there sometimes, where you can feel your chest twitch. That is muscle. Nothing to be too worried about unless your left arm falls asleep and you get sharp pains. Those are called a heart attack.
