Definitely - when you shampoo, too, it gets rid of all of the oils in your hair and scalp. That means your body will retaliate by making more (thus creating a viscious cycle). Conditioners will get rid of some, but is much lighter.

Cuz it would leave a track on the carpet / marks on the walls / not nearly enough room in my room (I'm...kinda messy.)

I don't think people's parents would appreciate seeing that in the mail

Host the podcast mp3 in a public directory via Dropbox, and do as such, with Blogger, to get it into a RSS feed.
After all that just do this to submit it to iTunes.

Hmmm...now if I were to do that, wouldn't any downloader (iTunes, Amarok, etc.) download any text posts (non-linked) as well?

That's why you configure Feedburner on how it should be read for iTunes and stuff.
I was going to test it earlier, but I kinda got distracted and never got around to it.
