Portal 2! Woooo!

So I pre-ordered Portal 2.
It is indeed a feat as I never buy games.
But I loved Portal 1 so much that I bought the second one a month before release.
So that leads into this.
I bought the Orange Box a while back.
So now I have a free copy of Portal to give away.
Couple of my friends from here on Steam would like it, wondering if I should do a contest or give it to whoever wants it the most.
If no contest I'll just base it off of who responds to this blog, cuz all I ever do is chill in the OT section anyway, so these people are pretty much the only people I'd give it to.
If not my real life friends.
We'll see.
May give it to a real life friend, may give it to one of you.
Probably decide by Sunday, so reply hurr if you want it and I'll figure it out.
Let the month of impatience begin!

I really really want portal but my parents won't let me have it! :sad: (apparently i can't spend £80 on games in a month! (Portal, Portal 2 & tLoZ:SS)) If you do not give to a friend irl plz i would be soooo great full. :bow: BTW my Steam name is Wizzerzak if you want to contact me there.

i remember the day Portal 1 was new !
and then Macs got a taste of Steam with a free copy of Portal for them !
good times , good times .

i have yet to try the game out :P

Portal cost too much for me to get, ATM. I'll get it someday, though just like I got the original Portal.for free

I'm considering whether I should pre-order it too. I first got Steam because the first Portal was being offered for free, and I went from there. Certainly looks great though; I'm hoping my computer will run it well...

It should be fairly obvious, but I've already got Portal, so I'm not attempting to get it; just adding a comment.


However, if Portal 2 were transferable...:creep:

I'm gonna pirate it for PC since I'm short on cash. So many games(3DS, Bulletstorm, Duke Nukem Forever, All Points Bulletin, more I can't think of) so little money. :/ I'll buy it on Xbox when I have money though. (My PC's not up to snuff for 2011 games.)

ps3 ver has ps3 ver + pc ver (but most likely wont boot with a 3.41 ps3)
360 ver is just the 360 ver but I do like achievements...

It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.

But seriously, great game as it may be, being sold at full retail price for the average high-profile title, that will be more expensive than everything I ever bought on Steam added up. I am certainly going to wait until it drops in price before I buy it, whether it will be normal depreciation or one of these awesome sales they regularly have.
