Bro, just take your girl and do something with her that she will never or at least not in time forget. Yeah, Sex, too, but maybe afterwards...

I was more thinking of taking her to a tall or special building / dinner, have a nice photo of you two together, then do sumpin' in your town you never did before, maybe take a Rikscha or Tuk-Tuk or whatever you have and let them drive you and your girl get around a little bit or to a certain place.

You can't change your situation, but you can at least try to make it as nice as possible.
BUT don't put yourself under too much pressure for this. It's not so much about what you (both/or with friends) do, but what you feel or think...

Relationships are worth it at any age if you truly love your girlfriend you could make it work, it won't be easy and a high majority of the time it won't work out. But the in the USA at least, the divorce rates are equally as pessimistic: 50% percent of first marriages, 67% of second and 74% of third marriages end in divorce. Don't let people who don't know what they are doing themselves advise you on how you should carry out YOUR life, you have to follow your heart especially when you are a young man. I don't know how strong your feelings are for this girl but if you want you both want to make it work and try hard it will. My sister has been with her husband since she was 16, she's now 27 and they are the epitome of the perfect couple.

EDIT: It is very common in the US within the immigrant population, for the male to come over for a substantial amount of time; Saving money and planning before they bring their wife/kids/girlfriend/family over. I have no facts to support this but, I would wager that divorce rate among immigrants is substantially lower than the general population do to bonding and the development of real lasting relationship through trial and tribulations.

we just finished the test yesterday, and we're just going to school for some clearance and general cleaning.
the fire alarm would have been good. but too risky. lol

we were talking about trying long distance relationship, but i think that she will have a hard time and it may not work..(
